Air Quality Analysis
To understand how air quality in Scotland is changing, it is important to be able to look at air quality data and to analyse the data in a more visual way. To allow you to do this, we have created a series of interactive mapping and analytical tools that can retrieve and display complex data . These tools provide you with the ability to customise and filter the data to meet your requirements, such as viewing air quality within your area, or for Local Authorities in developing their annual report.
Openair provides a series of analytical functions for current and historical air quality data using R; an open-source programme. Supported by Ricardo
Public Air Quality Information
Provides pre-filtered and analysed data for those interested in air quality at a local, regional and national scale across Scotland. Supported by SEPA
Advanced Data Analysis
The advanced data analysis provides a series of analytical and interactive platforms for air quality reporting. It brings together current and historic air quality data with other data sources. Supported by SEPA
